PROJECT DESCRIPTION
LISEA is the concession company of the Tours-Bordeaux High-Speed Line, the LGV Sud Europe Atlantique. To address the lack of availability of essential train facilities, LISEA is studying a maintenance and stabling site project near Bordeaux station. This site will be multifunctional and able to simultaneously accommodate several activities: High-Speed Trains (TAGV), TER, metropolitan RER, Intercités, or Freight / work equipment. The project will therefore include the necessary facilities for maintenance, cleaning, and keeping trains operational between commercial services, as well as ancillary buildings needed for these activities.
TRACTEDIS SERVICES
Within the scope of this project, TRACTEDIS carried out the preliminary design studies (AVP). The scope notably covers:
-
The sizing of all Electrified Line Power Supply Equipment (EALE) installations on site (including Low Voltage supply and the control/command of these installations)
-
The creation of the Site Power Supply and Sectioning Diagram (SAS) by defining the site’s electrical segmentation
-
The proposal of site power supply solutions and sizing of the selected solution: the creation of an internal substation dedicated to the Maintenance and Stabling Facility (SMR) enabling 1500 V DC supply to the site and 25 kV AC to the switchable tracks, including installation of a sectioning post interfaced with the National Railway Network (RFN)
-
Consideration of the interface with the RFN and other contracts
TRACTEDIS subsequently completed all EALE studies for the Detailed Design and Tender phase (PRO-DCE):
-
Drafting the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP)
-
Estimating the costs for the execution of the works contract
-
Producing the Site Power Supply and Sectioning Diagram (SAS) by defining the site’s electrical segmentation
-
Producing the documentation supporting the studies (HV/LV sizing calculation notes, synoptic diagrams, power balance, etc.)
-
Presenting the work phasing and organization plan for the EALE works (schedule)
Once the Tender phase (DCE) was completed, TRACTEDIS also participated in the Assistance phase for Work Contract Awarding (ACT) of the project:
-
Technical evaluation of the various tender responses
-
Participation in meetings with the selected contractors
