Project Description

This project responds to the request from our client TRANSKEO and their need to manage the SMR Massy-Evry on line T12. TRANSKEO’s mission is to ensure the temporary operation management of a part of the SMR T12, while the construction companies working on the civil engineering of the Massy site continue their works outside this zone with conditional access.

This activity begins with providing the first site installation accesses from July 2021 until the full and final handover of the site. TRACTEDIS plays a key role in this project. Our goal and responsibility is the operation of the existing electrical installations on the SMR (switching on and off of the OCS), notably during the execution of works and interventions on these installations.

The main purpose of our mission is to guarantee compliance with the safety protocol established by our client. TRACTEDIS makes every effort to:

• Ensure the protection of personnel working on or near the installations

• Protect the installations against any accidental retention, appearance, or reappearance of voltage on the installations

TRACTEDIS commits to our client to successfully manage the electrical operation, including works, maneuvers, controls, monitoring, and maintenance of the SMR T12 installations.

• First step of the lockout/tagout mission:

  • Separation of any electrical energy source from the identified part of the installation or equipment concerned (operation 1)

  • Lockout of separation devices in the open position (operation 2)

• Second step of the lockout/tagout mission:

  • Identification on site of the part of the installation or equipment concerned to ensure the operations are performed on the correct equipment (operation 3)

  • Verification of Absence of Voltage (VAT) (operation 4)

  • Grounding and short-circuiting following VAT (operation 5)
