Project Description


The EOLE project involves extending the current RER E line 55 km westward and mainly includes:

  • 8 km of tunnel between Haussmann/Saint-Lazare station and Nanterre La Folie station

  • 47 km of existing track remodeling up to Mantes-la-Jolie

  • The creation of three new stations (Porte Maillot, CNIT-La Défense, and Nanterre La Folie), with the existing stations undergoing major renovations

Our Services


TRACTEDIS performs external control of the EXE studies and the company’s testing procedures for EALE and CAT substations, specifically including:

  • Site layout plans for premises

  • Diagrams of high voltage cabinets and control command cabinets

  • High and low voltage energization test specifications

  • Procedures for laying feeders in the tunnel

TRACTEDIS also supervises the execution works carried out by the contractor in accordance with the previously approved studies (DET mission). TRACTEDIS organizes follow-up meetings while managing some of the interface and scheduling issues.
