PROJECT DESCRIPTION


The EOLE project consists of extending the current RER Line E by 55 km towards the west, and mainly includes:

  • 8 km of tunnel between Haussmann Saint-Lazare station and Nanterre-La-Folie station

  • 47 km of redevelopment of existing tracks up to Mantes-la-Jolie

  • The creation of three new stations (Porte Maillot, CNIT-La Défense, and Nanterre-La-Folie), while the existing stations are undergoing major renovations

 

TRACTEDIS SERVICES


As part of this project, TRACTEDIS managed the construction supervision for the installation of ventilation systems across all 9 shafts located between CNIT-La Défense, Haussmann Saint-Lazare, and Porte Maillot stations:

  • Monitoring and controlling the progress of ventilation works according to the schedule and EXE documents:
    Installation of metalwork: fans, round and square ducts, dampers, silencers, and ancillary ventilation (airlocks, technical rooms, etc.)

  • Installation of low voltage power distribution: variable speed drive cabinets, control/command systems, PLCs, cable trays

  • Connection of electrical power and fiber optics for integration into the line’s global SCCD system

  • Managing interfaces with Civil Engineering and Finishing Works, as well as participation in meetings with other contractors/packages

  • Attending progress meetings, reporting, and addressing site issues

  • Monitoring and controlling aerodynamic and electrical testing
