Project Description
The EOLE project, the western extension of RER E, has initiated several construction sites, notably the one in Nanterre with the creation of the new RER E station, Nanterre-la-Folie. This project concerns the installation of HV/LV electrical systems to power certain site equipment, as well as lighting for the track device zones and a nearby railway island adjacent to the new station.
Scope of Work for the Contractor
The works expected from the contractor under this contract include:

Supply and installation of an HV/LV delivery and transformation substation including civil engineering works.

Supply and installation of an HV/LV transformation substation including civil engineering works.

Supply and installation of HV equipment for the computerized signaling substation.

Supply, installation, and connection of various masts, poles, and lighting fixtures on site.

Supply and installation of outgoing feeders in the various panels.
-
Supply, installation, and connection of cables for powering the various consumers covered by the contract.
Our Services
Within the framework of this contract, TRACTEDIS was responsible for carrying out all studies in the DCE (Contract Tender Documents) phase. Among others, TRACTEDIS had to:

Draft the special technical specifications (CCTP).

Estimate the costs for the execution of the contract works.

Produce supporting documents for the studies (HV/LV sizing calculation notes, lighting calculation notes, civil engineering plans, site layout plans, single-line diagrams, power balances, etc.).

Present a work phasing plan and organize the works schedule (planning).

Manage the connection request with ENEDIS.
Once the DCE phase was completed, TRACTEDIS also participated in the Assistance phase for the awarding of the Works Contract (ACT) of the project. This included:

Performing the technical evaluation of the various bid submissions.

Participating in presentations and meetings with selected companies.
-
Conducting the technical evaluation of the Best And Final Offers (BAFO) from the companies.
Following the ACT phase, the EXE phase began, which involves the submission of execution documents by the awarded contractor for validation. This task was delegated to TRACTEDIS by the Project Management (MOEE). TRACTEDIS was therefore responsible for:

Analyzing the execution documents.

Producing VISA sheets (validation and conformity sheets) specific to each execution document.
