Project Description


The CCR Ouest Provence Phase 1 project is part of the deployment of the Centralized Network Control System (CCR). It involves remote control of the main track installations for traffic sectors between Rognac (inclusive) and Saint-Martin-de-Crau (inclusive) on the historic Paris-Lyon-Marseille line (No. 830000) from the Marseille Saint-Charles Control and Dispatch Post (PCD). The PCD belongs to the Ouest Provence Traffic and Regulation Center (CCLR).

These functionalities will be implemented through:

  • The deployment of two PAI 2006 control posts and their integration into the existing MISTRAL (IHM 2) interface at the Marseille Saint-Charles PCD:

    • Post 14 (PAI 2006 type) which will remotely control the stations of Rognac (geographical zone 14), Berre, and the Rognac Nord Industrial Zone (zone 15).

    • Post 15 (PAI 2006 type) at Miramas which will remotely control the stations of Saint-Martin-de-Crau (zone 18), Miramas (zone 17), and Les Roques (zone 16).

  • Implementation of remote control of catenary power interruption devices from the CSS, via remote control equipment in IFTE posts and substations.

Additionally, the project includes several modifications to existing infrastructure and functionalities to ensure more efficient operations within the CCR deployment framework and to adapt the infrastructure to current and future operational needs.

Our Services


TRACTEDIS carries out the Preliminary Design Study (AVP) for EALE to define the modifications required to the control-command system to accommodate all planned upgrades to the electric traction program as part of the centralized control deployment, including:

  • Addition of voltage relays

  • Addition of new actuators with MR164E type electrical control

  • Replacement of existing actuators with actuators equipped with MR164E electrical control

  • Removal of actuators and associated control cabinets

  • Retention of certain actuators and associated control cabinets

  • Adaptation of the remote control architecture for the Étang substation and Rognac post

  • Replacement and creation of a remote control point at PMP Bastide
