Project Description


This project involves the creation of five 20 kV / 3200 V substations at the sites of Aulnay, Saint Denis, Mitry, Les Fruitiers, and Ermont Epluches. These substations are intended to supply the Electrified Line Feeding Equipment for the different 3200 V sections linked to the aforementioned sites.

The project is divided into two lots: the electrical energy lot and the general construction lot.

Expected services from the contractor for this contract include:

  • Civil engineering and all trades work for the construction of the substation building at each site.

  • Supply and installation of all 3200 V substation electrical equipment: transformers, high voltage (HV) cells, etc.

  • Supply and installation of HV and low voltage (LV) cables.

  • Grounding and connection of the installations.

Our Services


Within the scope of this contract, TRACTEDIS is responsible for all studies during the DCE phase of the electrical energy lot.

Among other tasks, TRACTEDIS:

  • Drafts the special technical specifications (CCTP).

  • Estimates the costs of carrying out the contract works.

  • Produces documents supporting the completed studies (HV/LV sizing calculation notes, single-line diagrams, power balance sheets, etc.).

  • Presents a work phasing and organization plan (schedule).

After completing the DCE phase, TRACTEDIS also participates in the Assistance phase for the Contract Award (ACT). For this, TRACTEDIS:

  • Performs the technical evaluation of the various tender responses.

  • Participates in presentations with the selected companies.

  • Conducts the technical evaluation of the Best and Final Offers (BAFO) from the companies.
