Project Description


This project involves the creation of three 20 kV delivery substations at three sites: Aulnay, Saint Denis, and Mitry. These substations are intended to supply equipment such as 3200 VAC substations.

The expected scope of work for the contractor in this contract includes:

  • The supply and installation of fully equipped delivery substations, including associated civil engineering works on each of the three sites.

  • The supply and installation of HV and LV cables.

  • Grounding and connection of the various substations.

Our Services


As part of this contract, TRACTEDIS is responsible for carrying out all studies for the DCE phase. Specifically, TRACTEDIS:

  • Drafts the technical specifications document (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières).

  • Estimates the costs for the execution of the contract works.

  • Produces documents supporting the studies conducted (HV/LV sizing calculation notes, civil engineering plans, layout plans, single-line diagrams, power balance sheets, etc.).

  • Presents the work phasing and organization for the contract (planning).

  • Handles the HV and LV connection requests with ENEDIS.

Once the DCE phase is completed, TRACTEDIS also participates in the Assistance phase for the award of the Works Contract (ACT) for the project. To do this, TRACTEDIS:

  • Conducts the technical evaluation of the various tender submissions.

  • Participates in presentation meetings with the shortlisted companies.

  • Conducts the technical evaluation of the companies’ Best and Final Offers (BAFO).

Finally, TRACTEDIS is responsible for the Project Management of the Works.
